Meghan Carich - born in Tisdale,
  Saskatchewan 1961

  Raised in Saskatchewan and the
  Yukon Territories, Meghan has
  been influenced by native culture
throughout her life. She is touched
  by 'raw art', finding something
  extraordinarily deep, thoughtful
and expressive in the delivery of
old art forms. She also feels
  great appreciation for the beauty
  and complexity of nature.

Because she was quite ill as a
  baby, Meghan was delayed in
her learning. She became a contented child simply watching the world around her while trying to understand the natural order of her life. She was told not to look to other people to determine what she could or could not accomplish, but to find her own parameters. Introspective by nature, Meghan was to discover that there is always much more to the picture than what the various scenes playing out in front of her might first reveal.

"Remember When" - by Meghan Carich
Meghan's journey has been filled with unique twists, turns and challenges. She has found peace in art, which has helped her receive foresight when she needed it, as well as inspiration. Her masks are a reflection of life journeys, emotions and dreams.

Meghan Carich has lived in South Surrey, British Columbia for the past 15 years. She is also the proud mother of two.
